At this time, we do not accept direct card payments, manual bank transfers, or cash-on-delivery options.

All transactions on the Ella Gleam website are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. If your PayPal account or financial institution operates in another currency, your provider may automatically convert the amount at its prevailing exchange rate or apply a small transaction fee.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Malaysia, with no minimum purchase required.
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT+8) are processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
- Delivery typically takes 4 to 9 business days from the date of order.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Payment Reversals
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Ella Gleam accepts returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the items remain new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method via PayPal within 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
